2. Testing Experience — Very Key Look for candidates who have actually designed and executed testing, not just participated in meetings. Testing types:

3. Integration Knowledge Candidate should understand how Manhattan WM communicates with other enterprise systems. Look for experience with: WMS ↔ ERP WMS ↔ TMS WMS ↔ OMS They should be able to:
- Validate inbound/outbound data flows
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Perform data validation
- Identify whether an issue is configuration, integration, or data-related
4. SQL — Preferred SQL is preferred, not mandatory. Candidate should ideally be comfortable with:
- Basic SQL queries
- Data validation
- Troubleshooting
- Checking warehouse transaction/data records
5. Implementation / Go-Live Experience Strong candidates should have experience supporting:
