Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Manager Insurance Operations to lead end-to-end operations for a strategic insurance client.



This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong combination of Insurance domain expertise ( Life, Retail, Commercial insurance ), operational leadership, client management, project/program management, transition management, automation, business development support and executive communication. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for ensuring operational excellence and meeting agreed service levels, but also for identifying opportunities to transform the operation, improve customer experience, drive automation, support new business pursuits and lead strategic initiatives for the client. The individual should be equally comfortable running the business, improving the business and engaging confidently with senior client stakeholders and CXO-level audiences.
