Key Responsibilities

- System Implementation

- Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS).
/n
- Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
/n
- Customization & Development
/n
- Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, typescript, SQL and Commerce SDK.
/n
- Migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK.
/n
- Support & Maintenance
/n
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for POS systems.
/n
- Perform upgrades, patches, and database optimization.
/n
- Training & Documentation
/n
- Conduct user training sessions.
/n
- Create technical documentation,



troubleshooting guides, and performance reports.

Qualifications

- Education :

- Technical Skills :

- Solid ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server.
/n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS.
/n
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization.
/n
- Domain Knowledge : Retail operations (inventory, billing, promotions, CRM).
/n
- Soft Skills : Client communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.
