About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

/n

/n

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, financial services, lending, loans, or fintech , with solid skills in lead management, customer engagement, sales coordination, and working with internal teams to move applications through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
/n
- Identify, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads and active clients.
/n
- Conduct product discussions and consultations with prospective customers.
/n
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.
/n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
/n
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
/n
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams for smooth processing and customer experience.
/n
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
/n
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

/n

/n
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, or Financial Services .
/n
- Experience with loan products or education financing
