Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience or solid domain exposure in Insurance is mandatory. Property & Casualty experience is preferred; Life, Annuities, Retirement or Pensions exposure is desirable.

Role Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Pre-Sales Consultant at Senior Manager band to support Insurance BPS pursuits across RFP responses, solution documentation, RLS creation, proposal coordination and stakeholder follow-up. The role will work closely with senior solution leaders and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, timely and consistent pursuit deliverables. Insurance domain experience or meaningful Insurance process exposure is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of RFP, RFI and due diligence responses by collating inputs, drafting content,



maintaining response trackers and ensuring timely completion of assigned sections.
- Create and maintain RLS / Role Labour Schedule inputs, resource assumptions and workforce requirement templates in coordination with solution, delivery and finance stakeholders.
- Assist in solution documentation including operating model narratives, process scope, location strategy, transition approach, governance model, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate with Finance and pricing teams to gather cost inputs, FTE assumptions, productivity levers, pyramid mix inputs and commercial dependencies required for proposal completion.
- Work with SMU, Technology, SRM, BITS, Quality, Risk, Security, Compliance and Transformation Office teams to collect validated inputs and ensure proposal responses are complete and aligned.
- Maintain bid calendars, action trackers, version control, submission checklists, open items logs and stakeholder follow-up notes for active pursuits.
