Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Security Solutions | Delhi NCR

We are hiring on behalf of a client , a quick-growing organization in the cybersecurity domain, for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive large enterprise account growth across IT security solutions.

/n

This is a senior individual contributor sales mandate for someone with a strong track record of selling comprehensive security solutions into large enterprises and building lasting relationships at the C-suite level.

/n

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Sales / VP Sales, the Enterprise Sales Manager will own strategic account relationships, drive revenue targets through solution-based selling, and position the company as a trusted security partner to CIOs, CTOs and CISOs across target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

/n

• Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients, understanding their security needs and presenting tailored IT security solutions

/n

• Drive and achieve revenue targets through solution based selling,



leading the sales process from prospecting through closing

/n

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads across large enterprises by leveraging industry networks and cybersecurity trends

/n

• Develop deep expertise across the company's security portfolio, including endpoint security, network security, cloud security and managed security services, and position these effectively against customer pain points

/n

• Build and manage relationships with senior leadership (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) to drive value based conversations

/n

• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical and marketing teams to develop customized security solutions for clients

/n

• Maintain a healthy, well managed sales pipeline with consistent CRM based reporting on opportunities and risks

/n

• Lead complex contract negotiations, close deals and manage renewals for long term client partnerships

/n
