Key Responsibilities:




- Carry out client assessments and risk assessments.
- Carry a caseload of six clients
- Counsel clients about their substance use using recognized theoretical frameworks and the Samarpan treatment model.
- Facilitate interpersonal group therapy sessions
- Provide 1:1 therapy
- Facilitate psycho-educational workshops, relapse prevention skills training, and other group activities.
- Create and review treatment plans.
- Produce and update client files and case notes.
- Liaise with other relevant professionals about clients
- Facilitate family/couples sessions
- Attend team meetings
- Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:
- MA in Psychology OR M.Phil. Clinical Psychology (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Good practice case management including quality record keepi
