About the Role

Our client, an international consulting engineering firm, is looking for a Marketing & Communication Coordinator for its Thane office. This is mainly a marketing operations and project coordination role, not a creative marketing position. The role is approximately 70% execution and 30% stakeholder coordination, with a solid focus on keeping marketing activities organised, on schedule and moving forward.

Most important requirement: Ownership. The person must take responsibility, solve problems, follow up until completion and work without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual marketing calendar and coordinate approximately 6–7 content publications every week.
- Manage content schedules, CMS activities and website publishing through WordPress.
- Schedule social media content and maintain content, event and social media calendars.
- Coordinate the monthly internal newsletter and upload approved content to SharePoint.
- Track deadlines, approvals, interviews, stakeholder inputs and dependencies.




- Follow up proactively with stakeholders and ensure no task or deliverable is missed.
- Manage workflows and task assignments using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks, propose solutions and escalate risks when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and gradually take over activities currently handled by an external agency.
- Prepare monthly reports for website, LinkedIn and internal newsletter performance.
- Maintain trackers, branded templates and basic marketing documentation.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong project coordinator with exposure to marketing rather than a pure marketing or creative specialist. Organisation, follow-up, ownership and stakeholder coordination are more important than advanced design skills.
