REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. ( College is significant )

• Luxury sales certiflcations are an added advantage.

Experience: 8–15 years of experience in premium sales or HNI/UHNW client-facing

roles.

CTC: 12 LPA (Female candidate ONLY)

To deliver exceptional client presentations and drive sales for an ultraluxury

residential development by creating a world-class buying experience.

The role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in International luxury lifestyle brands,





Ultra Luxury hospitality, Premier wealth management, Luxury

automobiles and Top tier international aviation, who possess

outstanding communication, relationship-building, and consultative

selling skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Presentation & Experience

• Conduct personalised presentations for prospective buyers, emphasising the

project's lifestyle, design, architecture, and investment value.

• Deliver immersive property tours and create a memorable client experience.

• Understand each client's lifestyle aspirations and recommend suitable

residences.

• Build credibility and trust through consultative selling rather than

transactional selling.

Sales & Business Development

• Manage qualifled leads from enquiry through booking.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets by converting prospects.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Participate in exclusive launch
