In most offices, admin is invisible until it breaks: the courier nobody booked, the laptop still

waiting on a fix, the handover that never happened between production and dispatch. This seat

exists to stop that. You'll be the coordination point between design, production, inventory,

quality, dispatch and customer service across both brands, and you'll own everything

administrative and every straightforward IT need in the office.

If you're the person who quietly keeps everything running, this is your seat. Two brands, one office, one person holding it together.

What you'll be doing:
- Be the coordination point between departments across both brands: design, production, inventory, quality, dispatch and customer service,



so work moves without gaps or waiting.
- Track what each team owes the other, chase pending items, and flag anything stuck before it becomes a delay.
- Run daily and weekly check-ins: capture action items, circulate them, and make sure they actually close.
- Own day-to-day office administration: vendors and service providers, petty cash and bills, records and filing, attendance and leave records for payroll, and office supplies.
- Own simple, day-to-day IT: keep laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV and attendance devices working; handle first-line troubleshooting; manage accounts and access for joiners and leavers; keep an asset register and basic backups.
- Coordinate with external IT and maintenance vendors for anything beyond a basic fix, and follow up until it's resolved.
- Handle joining and exit logistics, visitors, courier dispatch and travel bookings, and supervise the Office Assistant
