Gurugram | 2–5+ Years Experience

Performance Marketing - Mobile / Digital Advertising / International Sales

What you'll do:
- Strong hold in international markets US/UK/SEA/Middle East
- Acquire and onboard global advertisers and agencies.
- Ad sales, performance marketing & UA campaigns.
- Negotiate commercial terms & performance models (CPA, CPR, CPI, RevShare).
- Explore new markets, verticals & revenue opportunities.
- Represent Optimidea at global industry events like chinajoy, ad:tech, GTC, affiliate summit.

We're looking for:

2–5+ years in BD/Sales, preferably Performance Marketing

Strong understanding of performance marketing

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

International mindset + a strong "hunter" mentality
