About the Role:

The Document Controller will be deployed on-site in Hyderabad for a major brownfield laboratory infrastructure project for a leading bio-pharmaceutical client. The role will manage the flow, control, traceability, and retrieval of project documentation across MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, civil, cleanroom, vendor, quality, commissioning, and handover workstreams.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate document registers, drawing and revision logs, transmittals, RFI and submittal trackers, vendor-document records, and project reports. This is a hands-on, six-day onsite role for a detail-oriented professional who can work closely with the Project Manager, Project Director, engineering teams, vendors, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
