As NK Realtors continues to strengthen its brand and digital presence, we are looking for a Visual Storyteller who can turn ideas, people, projects and everyday moments into compelling content across digital platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a Creator, not someone who waits for a brief.

Someone who lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, photography, video and AI tools. Someone who sees a story and thinks, “We should shoot this.”

You could walk into the NK office and say:

“Let's interview the CEO for 90 seconds.”

Then you should be able to conceptualise it, shoot it, edit it,



caption it and publish it—and turn that one idea into multiple pieces of content.

For example:

1 idea → CEO Interview → LinkedIn Video → Instagram Reel → YouTube Short → Quote/Graphic → Story

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and create short-form video, reels, interviews, podcasts and social media content.
- Shoot and edit videos independently, including interviews, events, office culture, leadership content and project stories.
- Handle photography and basic videography for NK Realtors.
- Repurpose one content idea into multiple platform-specific formats.
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Develop short-form interviews and leadership/personal-brand content for senior management.
- Create basic motion graphics, presentations, infographics and visual storytelling assets.
- Write basic captions, hooks and content copy suitable for different platforms.
- Use AI
