About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of our social media content—from *ideation and planning to execution, publishing and growth.

You will work closely with our Team to develop engaging content for our social media pages. The role involves planning content calendars, developing Reel concepts, scripting, coordinating photoshoots and videoshoots, managing day-to-day social media and continuously finding ways to grow our audience.

We are also looking for someone who understands AI-powered content creation and can use AI tools creatively for ideation, scripting, visual development, content creation and improving the overall content production process.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

* Develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars.

* Plan content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

* Develop content pillars and recurring content series.

* Balance brand, educational, entertaining,



trending and promotional content.

* Continuously identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and growth.

Content Ideation & Reels

* Come up with fresh, original and engaging content ideas.

* Develop concepts for Reels, videos, carousels, stories and static posts.

* Identify trending formats, sounds, memes and social media trends.

* Adapt relevant trends creatively to suit the brand.

* Develop robust hooks and storytelling ideas that can improve watch time and engagement.

Scripting & Copywriting

* Write scripts for Reels and short-form videos.

* Develop hooks, dialogues, storylines and CTAs.

* Write captions and social media copy.

* Work with the Video Editor to ensure scripts are effectively translated into final videos.

Photoshoots & Videoshoots

* Plan and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.

* Develop shoot concepts, references and shot lists.
