Role Overview /n

you will own your team's business outcomes—from coaching and performance management to revenue delivery and operational excellence.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently achieve weekly revenue targets , improve conversion metrics, develop high-performing sales professionals, and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of 10–15 Business Development Associates, drive execution through data-driven decision-making, and take complete ownership of your team's weekly revenue cycle, forecasting, productivity, and business performance.
