You’ve built teams rather than simply inherited them. You know how to create the playbook, sharpen the ICP, establish a forecasting rhythm, coach reps, improve discovery and build a sales process that people actually follow.

you’re equally comfortable getting into the details when the situation demands it.

- Take a founder-led sales motion and build the systems, processes and operating style required to scale it
- Own the sales engine across pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, deal reviews, conversion and revenue predictability
- Hire, onboard and coach sales team, creating transparent expectations around ramp-up, performance and accountability
- Build practical playbooks around discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation and closing
- Work closely with the founders, marketing and account teams to improve ICP definition, positioning, pipeline quality and the overall GTM motion
