We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Lead with a strong agency background and a proven track record of leading high-impact influencer campaigns across Finance, Automobile, Technology, FMCG, Beverages, Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel brands. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign strategy, creator partnerships, team leadership, and client management, with the ability to drive campaign success from ideation to execution while mentoring a high-performing influencer marketing team.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Lead the planning and strategy of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Finance, Automobile, Technology, FMCG, Beverages, Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel categories.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.




- Drive product launches, brand awareness campaigns, app promotions, seasonal campaigns, and creator-led activations.
- Collaborate with talent agencies and external partners to ensure seamless campaign planning.

2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Influencer Marketing team to ensure high-quality campaign planning.
- Allocate campaigns, monitor workloads, and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Review campaign plans
- Build scalable processes and best practices to improve team productivity and campaign efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of recent team members.

3. Third Party Agency & Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely conversion and exceptional outcome.
