Role Description The Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for promoting PathCare’s diagnostic services to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant partners. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales visits and presentations, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. The role involves negotiating contracts, closing sales,



and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, gather market feedback, and support marketing initiatives. This position also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing reports, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Qualifications

Ability to build and manage client relationships, including strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional conduct in client meetings.
Basic understanding of diagnostic services or healthcare industry, with the ability to learn technical details of laboratory offerings.
Comfort with using CRM
