Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end hiring activities for LoanDidi™, ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent across functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur,



responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, designing effective job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and conducting structured interviews. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes and tools, tracking key hiring metrics, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support organizational growth and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
