About TeepiTaap Beverages

TeepiTaap Beverages is an emerging Indian beverage company building consumer-focused beverage products for the next generation of consumers.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our founding team as Co-Founder & CEO and take ownership of the company's overall growth and execution.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build a consumer business from an early stage and work closely with the existing founding team.

The Role
As Co-Founder & CEO, you will work closely with the founding team to shape the company's strategy, build the organization, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy
Own business growth, financial performance and operating priorities
Build and manage key strategic partnerships
Develop the organization's team and operating processes
Work across product, marketing, sales and operations
Identify new market and business opportunities
Support fundraising and investor communication




Establish measurable goals and performance systems
Represent TeepiTaap with customers, partners and industry stakeholders
Operate hands-on across multiple functions as required in an early-stage company

What We're Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
Experience in startups, FMCG, beverages, consumer brands or related industries
Robust commercial and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to make decisions and execute in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Strong understanding of business fundamentals
Willingness to work hands-on and build from the ground up
Prior experience as a founder, business leader or senior operator is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with demonstrated entrepreneurial ability.
