Job Summary
We are looking for experienced accounting professionals with robust expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, General Accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in R2R processes, and the ability to independently manage accounting activities while working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger accounting activities.
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding items.
Prepare and review financial reports and supporting schedules.
Ensure accuracy, completeness,



and timely closure of accounting activities.
Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients/stakeholders for accounting-related queries and resolutions.
Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to team members where required.
For SME-level roles, take ownership of complex accounting activities and provide subject matter expertise to the team.
Support transition, process stabilization, and continuous improvement activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / General Accounting.
Strong hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing activities.
