Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities,



with a strong emphasis on B2B clients that can benefit from Irizpro’s AI-driven marketing systems and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting Irizpro’s solutions, including cMOS and related consulting offerings. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets. The position is full time and follows a hybrid work model, based in Pune City, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in B2B sales or solution-focused selling.
