nWe’re Looking for a BDM Who Thinks Beyond the Script
NWe’re looking for a smart, driven, and highly proactive Business Development Manager who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up.
NThis isn’t a role where you simply follow a calling script or work through a predefined list.
NYou’ll be expected to think, experiment, execute, learn,



and own outcomes across inbound and outbound sales in an Enterprise SaaS / B2B environment .

- Handle and convert inbound sales opportunities into qualified pipeline. N
- Drive outboundsales and prospecting across target accounts. N
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts. N
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand buying personas. N
- Decide the right outreach channel, messaging, timing, and approach for different prospects. N
- Develop personalized email, LinkedIn, and other outbound content . N
- Experiment with different outreach methods and continuously optimize for better results. N
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. N
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to improve the overall GTM strategy. N
