Job DescriptionArea Sales Manager – Medical Equipment Sales Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-time, field-based Joining: Immediate Industry: Medical Devices and Equipment Experience: Prior medical device/equipment sales experience is mandatory Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to generate and manage sales opportunities for medical devices and equipment across hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics and other healthcare institutions in Delhi NCR. The candidate must have previously worked in the medical device or medical equipment industry, preferably in areas such as radiology, dental, critical care, diagnostics, hospital infrastructure or related specialties. This is a consultative field-sales role involving regular meetings with doctors, technicians, purchase teams, biomedical departments, hospital administrators and other decision-makers. The candidate will identify customer requirements, coordinate the pre-sales process, present suitable solutions and support commercial negotiations until closure. Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals,



diagnostic centres, clinics and other healthcare institutions across Delhi NCR. Meet doctors, anaesthetists, radiologists, dentists, technicians, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, administrators and other relevant hospital personnel. Develop professional relationships with multiple clinical, technical, commercial and administrative stakeholders. Identify customer needs, upcoming projects, equipment-replacement requirements and new purchase opportunities. Understand the clinical and technical application of the required equipment before recommending suitable products. Generate qualified enquiries and maintain an active chance pipeline. Conduct product presentations and communicate the clinical, technical and commercial value of the company’s offerings.
