Skyllzo is looking for an experienced and target-driven sales professionals from the Education / EdTech space to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career and educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into successful enrolments.

? Academic Counsellors – 2 Positions
? Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
? Experience: 1+ Years
? Industry: Higher Education / EdTech / University Programs
? Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month + Incentives
? Employment Type: Full-time / Mon - Sat

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements, career goals, educational background, and decision-making factors.
- Explain university programs, eligibility, curriculum, duration, fees, and other relevant details.
- Follow a consultative approach to guide prospects towards the right program.




- Handle objections related to fees, program value, university, career opportunities, and competition.
- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve monthly enrolment, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead/CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, payments, and admissions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience handling University / Higher Education Programs.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Robust sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
