- Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma’s footprint across Hyderabad.n
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region.n
- Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.n

nP&L; Management:

- Own the P&L; for Hyderabad operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units.n
- Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service.n
- Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs,



and make data-driven strategic decisions.n

nOperations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for Hyderabad.n
- Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities.n
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region.n

nTeam Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead multi-city, cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support.n
