n About the Role
n We are looking for a result-driven Medical Sales Specialist to expand Aignosis's presence across Bengaluru's pediatric healthcare ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors and hospital networks, driving product adoption, and converting leads into long-term clinical partnerships.



This is a high-impact field role where your work directly impacts early diagnosis for children.
n Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard pediatricians, child specialists, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Bengalurun
- Conduct in-clinic product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and hospital staffn
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key medical stakeholdersn
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures across your territoryn
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistentlyn
- Organize and support awareness camps, CME events, and clinic activationsn
- Maintain daily field activity reports, visit logs, and CRM updatesn
- Coordinate with internal clinical and product teams for smooth doctor onboardingn
