Head – Project Sales & Business Operations

nWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead project sales and business operations for our real estate project.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve booking and revenue targets.n
- Lead, manage and motivate the project sales team.n
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to booking closure.n
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and conversions.n
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal and customer relations teams.n
- Manage relationships with channel partners and property consultants.n
- Review sales performance, conversion ratios and team productivity.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and management updates.n
- Ensure proper CRM usage, lead allocation and follow-up tracking.n
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the project sales office.n
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.n




- Ensure professional customer service and compliance with company policies.n

nMandatory Qualifications & Experience
n
- n
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is mandatory.n
- Real estate experience is mandatory.n
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate project sales.n
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.n
- Robust track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.n
- Experience in customer conversion and booking closures.n
