We are expanding our outbound sales function and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our sales pipeline in India.

About the Role

As an SDR, you will own the top of the sales funnel by identifying, researching, and engaging decision-makers at target organizations and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Our initial Go-To-Market focus is on hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India. This is a hands-on,



builder-oriented role where you will work closely with the sales lead to execute outbound campaigns, refine messaging, and help establish a scalable SDR process.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Research and identify target accounts based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers including operations heads, CXOs, patient experience leaders, and other business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain prospect lists for hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India.
- Personalize outreach based on account research, business needs, and relevant use cases.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined qualification criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
