Role Overview
As an ERP Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to support, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Yardi . You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, resolving functional issues, supporting finance operations, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and financial visibility.





The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and client-facing consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Functional Support
- Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP Finance applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions.

Finance Process Expertise
Support and advise clients on:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Financial Reporting
- Period-End and Year-End Close Processes
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Intercompany Transactions
- Tax and Compliance Processes

Configuration & Administration
- Configure finance workflows and approval hierarchies.
- Support
