n Position: PYP Coordinator

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead and coordinate the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) across the school.n
- Ensure effective implementation of PYP philosophy, framework, and approaches to teaching and learning.n
- Support teachers in unit planning, inquiry-based learning, assessment, and documentation .n
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive academic feedback.n
- Plan and facilitate PYP-related career development and teacher training .n
- Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure alignment across grade levels.n
- Support teachers in developing transdisciplinary learning experiences.n
- Monitor student learning, assessment practices, and academic progress.n




- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teachers, leadership, students, and parents.n
- Ensure school practices remain aligned with IB standards and practices .n
- Coordinate with the IB for programme requirements, evaluations, and documentation.n
- Promote a culture of inquiry, reflection, collaboration, and lifelong learning .n

n Desired Profile:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.n
- IB PYP experience is essential. n
- PYP Coordinator / Leadership experience preferred.n
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.n
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.n
- Experience in teacher training and curriculum development preferredn
