Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to drive sales and business development for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects .
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, presenting solar solutions, preparing proposals, and converting opportunities into successful business.
This role requires extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and a robust ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities✔ Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, local marketing activities, channel partners, and direct sales.
✔ Identify potential customers for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects .
✔ Develop relationships with residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.




✔ Educate customers about solar energy benefits, electricity cost savings, ROI, payback period, net metering, and applicable government schemes.
✔ Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and preliminary requirement assessments.
✔ Analyze customer electricity consumption and recommend suitable solar solutions and system capacities.
✔ Explain quotations, commercial proposals, project benefits, and available financing options.
✔ Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, project feasibility, proposal preparation, and project execution.
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
✔ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
✔ Maintain CRM records, daily visit reports, customer information, and sales pipeline updates.
✔ Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
✔ Monitor local market opportunities, competitor activities, and custo
