About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager to drive business growth across AI, Cloud, Data Center, and related technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in technology sales and business development, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities, build CXO-level relationships, manage strategic accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for AI, Cloud, Data Center and technology solutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO, VP, IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center and Procurement stakeholders.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking,



referrals and market research.
- Understand customer business and technology requirements and map them to appropriate solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, solution discussion, proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with technical/solution teams and subject matter experts to develop customer-specific solutions and proposals.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Own assigned territory/account revenue targets and ensure achievement of sales quotas.
- Develop strategic partnerships and work with technology/channel partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities across AI, Cloud and Data Center technologies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline and customer activity.
