JOB PURPOSE
nTo provide strategic support to the Concept & Planning Custodian by bringing in innovative solutions, designs and out of the box ideas to the table. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest international fashion trends, designs, patterns; guide the designers and provide design advisory support to the clients

- Create and execute a season calendar for the upcoming collectionn
- Decide on the style count in the category for the upcoming seasonn

- Ability to scan the industry and suggest new concept and ideasn

- Provide parallel support to the Merchandising team in executing the ideas and bring alive designs into implementationn

- Brainstorm Designers and get the best possible output from themn
- Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team of Designersn

- Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basisn
