nJob Summary:
n

nWe are looking for passionate and energetic facilitators to conduct interactive and engaging entrepreneurship sessions for school students. The facilitator will play a key role in nurturing entrepreneurial thinking, guiding students through practical learning experiences, and supporting project-based outcomes.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

nConduct entrepreneurship classes as per the provided curriculum and schedule.
n

nFacilitate experiential learning through activities, case studies, and group discussions.
n

nGuide students in developing entrepreneurial projects or ideas.
n

nMonitor student progress and provide feedback.
n

nMaintain class discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
n





nCoordinate with school coordinators and the program manager for smooth implementation.
n

nSubmit regular reports and documentation as required.
n

nRequirements:
nGraduate in Business, Management, Education, or related fields (MBA preferred).
n

nPrior teaching/facilitation experience, especially with school students, is an advantage.
n

nStrong communication and classroom management skills.
n

nEnthusiastic, creative, and passionate about entrepreneurship and student development.
n

nComfortable using digital tools and presentations for teaching.
n

nPreferred Skills:
n

nKnowledge of startup ecosystem or small business operations.
nExposure to financial literacy, design thinking, or leadership training.
n

nAbility to inspire and motivate students to think innovatively.
n

nWork Schedule:
