nResponsibilities
ncorporate accounting, fund accounting, real estate funds, reconciliation, general Ledger.

- n
- Manage fixed assets for office equipment and build outs and Corporate IT projects.n
- Assist with preparation of monthly journal entries related to accruing skilled fees related to G&A;, IT projects, tax estimates, payroll, and other corporate expenses.n
- Assist with analysis of the G&A; Expenses at Corporate level to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends, and potential anomalies,

- BA/BS in relevant fieldn
- 3+ years of experiencen
- 3 years relevant in real estaten

nRequired Skills

- n
- Attention to detail for timely and accurate reportingn
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Exceln
- Prior Corporate Accounting Experience (preferred)n

nPreferred Skills

- n
- Real Estate Industry (preferred)n
- Yardi experience (preferred)n
