ROLE PURPOSE
The Restaurant Manager holds full ownership and accountability for the day-to-day operations of a Pizza 4P's restaurant, leading the Kitchen, Pizza, Service, Cheese, and GSA (Guest Service Associate) teams as one unified operation. As the direct developer of Assistant Managers and department Leaders, the Restaurant Manager is accountable for the restaurant's people, systems, financial performance, and culture — creating an setting where the restaurant operates at a consistently high level of quality,



guest experience, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience
- Own end-to-end daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, online reviews, and NPS scores restaurant-wide; lead corrective actions where required.
- Personally handle escalated guest concerns or VIP situations, setting the standard for Omotenashi hospitality.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Pizza 4P's SOPs, hygiene practices, and food safety requirements across every department.
- Maintain the ability to step into kitchen, pizza, or service operations hands-on when needed — diagnose bottlenecks and coach teams to the 4P's standard.

2. Financial & P&L; Management
- Own the restaurant's P&L; — sales, food cost, labour cost, and overall profitability — against budget and targets.
