Job Title: Sr Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise focus)
Location: India -Mumbai

The Sr Regional Sales Manager is a strong hunter responsible for driving net–new business within the most strategic tier–one global and national accounts. This role focuses on multi–year platform adoption, competitive takeouts, and influencing C–level technology roadmaps in AI, Network security, Application delivery, and Coud security. While primarily a hunter role, the Sr Sales role may also manage a select group of install-base accounts, depending on the territory structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Hunting Excellence: Identify, target, and close net–new strategic accounts in assigned region
- C–Level Engagement: Lead executive level conversations influencing long–term technology roadmaps
- Strategic Deal Leadership: Own complex, multi–threaded deals, articulating a strong value proposition and competitive differentiation
- Enterprise Transformation Selling: Position A10 as the AI–era platform for Network security and Cloud security,
- Pipeline Generation:



Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting, events, account based marketing (ABM), and channel co–selling
- Territory Flexibility: May manage select install base accounts to capture expansion when aligned with strategic goals

Candidate Qualifications
- 12+ years of proven sales experience in a high-tech or networking industry, with a focus on BFSI, Gaming, ISP’s , IT & ITES & Healthcare & Pharma, MFG .
- Demonstrated strong experience selling solutions (e.g., Network security, Cloud security, load balancing (ADC), NGWAF, and DDoS ).
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- A tactical thinker with the ability to understand and execute sales strategies across any vertical, any customer type, and any regional setting.
