nWe seek a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a true hunter attitude for South India. The ideal candidate has proven success recruiting and managing partners of all sizes (small dealers to large enterprises), driving established sales, and achieving tough targets in telecom/unified communications (related fields considered).

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Partner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage partners of all sizes to build high-performing sales channels.n
- Tender & Bid Management: Lead tenders, RFPs, and large bids,



collaborating with SIs and partners to win in government and commercial sectors.n
- Commercial Market Drive: Aggressively grow sales in the Indian commercial market, promoting unified communications solutions to enterprises and smaller businesses.n
- Product Presentation & Promotion: Present Tadiran solutions to partners, IT consultants, and customers; drive revenue through strategic partner networks.n

nPreferred Experience & Qualifications:
n
- n
- 5-10 years in telecom/unified communications or related sales (similar experience considered).n
- Proven track record recruiting/managing partners of all sizes to deliver established sales results.n
- Demonstrated success achieving USD 1 million+ (or equivalent) in annual sales.n
- Experience handling tenders, large bids, and SIs in the Indian commercial market.n
- Strong network in telecom/unified communications, including dealers, partners, and consultants.n
