n Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
n Maintain robust client relationships and ensure seamless communication, fostering client satisfaction and retention.
n Initiate and manage strategic partnerships and alliance agreements to drive business growth.
n Oversee company operations to enhance efficiency, control costs, and implement tactical initiatives to mitigate losses.
n Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful operational performance reports for leadership review.
n Lead and oversee marketing initiatives while implementing best business practices to optimize results.




n Delegate responsibilities effectively and mentor employees to strengthen team capabilities and drive performance.
n Conduct performance reviews, implement training programs, and ensure succession planning for key roles.
n Set and monitor targets across Quality, Service, and Productivity metrics, ensuring organizational objectives are met.
n Resolve operational issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and implement preventive measures.
n Monitor and report productivity, efficiency, and project execution, including tracking actions, communications, and documentation to ensure timely and effective delivery.
n Take proactive measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
n2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relation Management & Project Management
