Job brief:
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive – Government & Institutional Sales with strong experience in IT sales, GeM Operations, government tenders, and institutional business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across government departments, PSUs, and institutional accounts while managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive IT sales across Government, PSU, and Institutional accounts.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Central/State Government departments and PSUs.
- Manage the end-to-end GeM sales cycle, including product listing, bid participation, L1 bidding, Custom Bids, Reverse Auctions (RA), and BoQ bids.
- Track and evaluate government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and procurement opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid submissions in line with tender requirements.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with government officials, PSU stakeholders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Develop pricing strategies and coordinate with OEMs/partners to achieve competitive commercial bids and improve win rates.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, upcoming tenders, and government procurement requirements.
