The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP-related initiatives while ensuring alignment across business, technology, and external partner teams.
nThis role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with experience managing complex ERP programs in multinational environments. The ERP Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and technology teams to drive successful project delivery.

- Lead the day-to-day execution of ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables,



and resource requirements.n
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget considerations.n
- Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, vendors, and leaders across H&P.;n
- Drive accountability for deliverables and project milestones.n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.n

nStakeholder Management

- Build and maintain solid relationships with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.n
- Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.n
- Communicate project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.n
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and strategic business priorities.n
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.n
