Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation project in Germany .
The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end data migration activities including data analysis, extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, Migration Object Templates (MOTs), Staging Table, Direct Transfer and File Transfer methods , along with legacy extraction technologies such as BDC, BAPI, LSMW, IDoc and ALE .

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze legacy system data and define migration requirements.
- Perform source data analysis, profiling, cleansing and validation.
- Prepare data mapping, transformation and migration strategy documents.




- Design and execute end-to-end migration activities from legacy/SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop, configure and enhance migration objects using SAP Migration Cockpit / LTMC / LTMOM .
- Work with Migration Object Templates (MOTs) and migration templates.
- Execute migration using Staging Table, Direct Transfer and File Transfer approaches.
- Perform data extraction and transformation using appropriate legacy extraction frameworks.
- Work with BDC, BAPI, LSMW, IDoc/ALE and other integration mechanisms where required.
- Handle migration of both master data and transactional data .
- Plan and execute mock migration cycles, reconciliation and data validation.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live/hypercare activities .
- Identify and resolve migration errors and data quality issues.
- Coordinate with functional, technical and business teams to ensure migration readiness.
