nWe are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to execute, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio, with a solid focus on customer acquisition and performance.
n Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns.n
- Work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition.n
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaigns, and strategies.n
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.n
- Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.n
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.n

n Requirements

- n
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.n
- Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.n
- Experience managing performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.n
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.n
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.n
