nprojects by Tier 1 developers. You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company,
nhelp them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from
ninitiation to closure.
nKey Responsibilities:
n● Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their
ninvestment preferences.
n● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client
nsatisfaction.
n● Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagement.
n● Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
n● Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decisions.




n● Stay updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable
