nMizuho is building a modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization that plays a critical role in the firm's cybersecurity, regulatory, and operational resilience strategy. As an IAM Operations Team Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of identity and access management services, ensuring secure, timely, and compliant administration of enterprise identities while improving operational efficiency and service quality.




nThis role combines people leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, providing an chance to help shape a growing IAM function within a global financial institution.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing IAM Operations team by managing workload distribution, coaching, performance management, cross-training, coverage planning, and operational escalations.n
- Oversee the delivery of identity lifecycle and access management services, including user onboarding, transfers, role changes, access provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement management, and access governance activities.n
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring service performance, managing backlogs and escalations, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving timely resolution of access requests, workflow issues, and operational incidents.n
