About the Role

nTISPL is seeking an experienced and analytical skilled to take on a role of Accounts Officer to join our Finance & Accounts Team. This position is pivotal in managing end-to-end accounting operations, accounts payable, and procurement processes. You will ensure accurate financial records, cost-effective purchasing, strong internal controls, and provide management with insightful reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Financial Managementn
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and expense monitoring.n
- Verify and process vendor invoices and service bills, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.n
- Manage vendor payments, maintain timely payment schedules, and handle debit/credit notes for discrepancies or quality issues.n
- Maintain and update vendor master data accurately in Tally / SAP / equivalent ERP.n




- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Provisional Balance Sheets for management review.n
- Prepare budget forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis reports to assist in strategic planning.n
- Conduct cost analysis and margin evaluations across projects, departments, and product categories to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.n
- Provide detailed sales pattern analysis, highlighting performance metrics, customer trends, and revenue fluctuations.n
- Support business decisions with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and MIS reports for pricing, procurement, and resource allocation.n
- Ensure proper accounting of raw material receipts and usage in coordination with stores and operations teams.n
- Monitor store operations to ensure accurate material records and implement internal controls to prevent discrepancies.n
- Manage compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filing
