- Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or servicesn
- Respond efficiently and accurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, andn

- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based onn

- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyn




- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellentn

- Maintain and update customer information as necessary in databasen
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriaten
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assignedn
- Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call qualityn
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customersn
