Job Description – Project Manager, Civil Construction & Interior Fit-Out Projects Position Project Manager – Civil Construction & Interior Fit-Out Department Project Management Reporting To Director / Head of Projects Location Bengaluru Employment Type Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the execution of civil construction and interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to approved designs and specifications, and to the required quality and safety standards .



The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Architecture & Interior Design industry , with hands-on exposure to site execution, contractor management, project planning, procurement coordination, quality control and client management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects. Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements. Plan and coordinate civil, architectural, interior and MEP activities. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays. Establish priorities and coordinate multiple activities to ensure smooth project execution. Take corrective action when projects deviate from approved timelines, budgets or specifications. 2.
