n POSITION SUMMARY
nThe company is a leading provider of precision agriculture technologies, including Laser Land Leveling Systems, GNSS/GPS Guided Land Leveling Systems, and Autosteering Systems for agricultural tractors.
nThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, dealer and distributor development, and current business opportunities across India, with a special focus on Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and South India.
nThe incumbent will work closely with dealers in Gujarat and distributor networks in other states to increase sales, generate demand, conduct product demonstrations, and strengthen the company’s market presence in precision agriculture solutions.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories.n




- Drive business development and market penetration across Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and South India.n
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks, with a direct dealer focus in Gujarat and distributor network management in other states.n
- Support dealers and distributors in lead generation, customer meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order closures.n
- Conduct regular field visits and promote Laser Land Leveling, GPS/GNSS, Autosteering, and Smart Farming solutions.n
- Build relationships with farmers, contractors, agricultural equipment dealers, FPOs, government agriculture departments, agri-input companies, OEMs, and other relevant customers.n
- Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, dealer and distributor training, and promotional activities.n
